Adinah was born in Chicago and has a BA in Elementary Education, an MA in school counseling, and an MSW. She has had various social work jobs including Mobilization for Youth and Educational Alliance- Hillside Hospital. For the past 40 years, Adinah has worked as a clinical social worker with cedar Sinai Medical Center, primarily for outpatients with depression and anxiety. She has two sons, eight grandchildren, and one great-grandson.
